Longaberger Basket, Newark, Ohio

such a cool sight to see a "Longaberger basket" high in the sky. the bits in the middle are windows. it does need some work, the basket is showing some age. a bit vintage. i wonder what it looks like from inside? this is their corporate offices. no visiting that we know of. . . it was on our path while on our trip through Ohio. you would think they would have a museum of all their baskets since beginning of their brand/business. do you have any Longaberger baskets? i was given one for a wedding present. i do know folks that have them all over their homes. trash cans, bread box, for a covered dish meal, for your toilet paper, tissue box, for keeping magazines straight, & laundry. pics taken May 2014. What a huge basket. I have one Longaberger basket ... you know I don't remember seeing that thing after my move. You've set me on a mission.

The Basket makes an impressive "find." It's a first for me to learn of it.

Oh my, this is exactly the type of site I seek out in our travels. We've yet made it as far as Ohio. Someday. So cool, thanks for showing this.

That's unexpected! I don't think I've ever heard the term in baskets before.

My son used to live in Columbus, Ohio, so I've seen the Longaberger Basket building (from the outside). That was several years ago, so the building was in good shape then.

Well, that must have been something to see. I am not a Longaberger basket collector, but I know plenty others that are!!

I'd love to see the headquarters live. The baskets are nice but a little pricy, maybe a lot pricey.
