It's a grand hotel. I haven't stayed there, but enjoying seeing the inside and checkout their shopping area which seemed extensive as I recall.

That place I know well, though I've never stayed there. It's in a gorgeous setting, and it's got a few ghost stories.

I'd love to be able to stay in this magnificent hotel, but I guess that will have to wait for another lifetime.

It would probably be so far out of my league that I would not be comfortable there!

Lovely photos of our beautiful Fairmont Springs, Banff (no 'i' btw.) We have family in Alberta and visited Banff, Calgary etc. and hope to again soon.
Holy moose-poops! What a place even from that distance...:)JP
Perhaps next time!!!! xx
Great photos... I want to go there--but we keep hearing about everything in Canada (in that Rockies area) being SO expensive. Did you all camp --or stay in a motel? We don't camp----so we'd have to find a motel we could afford....??????

Hugs,
Betsy

Oh, how beautiful! I've heard the area around Banff and Lake Louise is amazing. Canada is a gorgeous country and I'd love to see more of it.
Very upper crust! Pretty to look at, and very manorish too. I'd love to see it up close, but I would definitely be stopped at the gate. LOL!
