Montana AMazing!

Montana AMAZING!! it was a gorgeous day!! The last shot reminds me of picture I saw as a kid in a magazine of what Montana could be like ...It will be forever in my mind. These photos make my heart hurt. Seriously. If heaven is any better I truly don't know what I'll do. I mean, seriously? If you don't find that amazingly beautiful, please head to your doctor now & ask for help. Are those mountains real? Yes, you are not dreaming. Virginia, I love you. West Virginia, I love you 2nd. Canada, you have my heart. But sorry all other states Montana has me. Montana, I need to get there again soon. ASAP!!! Not sure when though. It is only 2,000 some odd miles away. that's a hop, skip & jump away, righty??! I could get there how quickly??!

I am not sure of the names of each of these places ...we left Canada, got to Glacier National Park on the Canadian side, then Glacier National Park on the US side, the Tetons, & on the way back to Virginia .... no clue??! do you. Beth ( :

Montana and Idaho are both awesome. We were in Montana last year and Idaho the year before, but in different seasons. So lovely.

Point Lookout State Park, Maryland & area lighthouses

Where we stayed: Point Lookout State Park, Maryland

Fort Lincoln, located within Point Lookout State Park. The only original part that is still at the location is the white barrier wall, all buildings are new, I guess the weather and winds are rough on fort.

Here is a vlog from that day of the sunset view from the state park & a coastline view from Fort Lincoln. I can so see why the fort was so in needs of repair, the winds there are so violent.

I will say that Maryland has pretty tough lighthouses to get to up close, usually you can get better shots, instead of through fences and all that jazz, but at least you can sort of see them? RIGHT??! Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are well. Enjoy these views. Plan a trip soon, such a gorgeous area of Maryland. Beth  ( :

Grayson Highlands State Park & VA Creep Trail, Virginia

I was going to do 2 separate posts for this camping trip but it was only very quick weekend trip back in July of this year. Enjoy the vlogs from that day. We had a ball, such a great trip!!
1st part was our hike on Wilburn Ridge. 2nd day was our bike trip on the VA Creeper Trail. I think one of the most uncomfortable parts of the trip is riding in a huge van with people you have not a clue who they are... you just know that you are going to all be riding the trail. They van you up the mtn & you bike back to Damascus, VA. It is a 17 mile bike trip. Very easy. Not too much work at all.
One of our favorite state parks to camp at in VA is "Grayson Highlands State Park". We love this area 'cause you have the opportunity to bike the "Virginia Creeper Trail". Yes, we did make another hike adventure to "Wilburn Ridge". If you click each those names it will take you to our previous trip back in 2015. We took this trip in July of this year. What we love ab…
