The Eiffel Tower, Paris, Tennessee

Eiffel Tower, Paris Tennessee, 60 foot tall, donated in 1992. I have always wanted to go to Paris ...so why not Paris, Tennessee? Even the sheep had to check it out. A bit tiny compared to the one in Paris, France which is 984 feet tall.

Thanks, for stopping by. I do hope you enjoyed your visit. Be Well & Be Blessed. Take care. Beth ( :

Hey,I like this one just as well as the Paris version, maybe more, since there are not so many people around. I have never been to the Paris one, or this one, but I've seen enough pictures.
I've been up the real tower, and that is when I realized I have a slight fear of heights. It took some arguing from my husband to get me to the top level. Love your retro trailer!

Little Pee Dee State Park, South Carolina

Happy Labor Day!! I always wonder about this thing called Labor Day, who decided to call it that? Was everyone in labor or what? Here's what google thinks: "A public holiday or day of festivities held in honor of working people, in the US & Canada on the 1st Monday in Sept. in many other countries on May 1st".

"Little Pee Dee State Park", Dillon, South Carolina. I think this was one of the most friendliest state parks, meaning the camp hosts actually stopped by, asked us where we were from, how long we were staying & just really went out of their way to make use feel welcome and thanked us for stopping by.
I don't ever recall visiting a state park that has ever had dirt roads & I do wonder what they would be like on a rainy day? I bet they would a muddy mess. My Dad had to tell me that my 3 great aunts used to visit this state park when he was younger Mat, Meta & Min were there names. I only knew Meta, who made it till her 99 bday... sadly s…

The hubby and I went on a trip over 2 wks ago ...to enjoy a Casita rally in Arkansas, was hoping for cooler temps. It was a real ball. Met lots of new friends and got to see some super awesome buddies. I had gone all summer not seeing in copperheads and was super happy about that ... was hoping my go for copper was going well ... well during that rally i got to see one and then came home to start my yearly fall chore of raking leaves and there was one to greet me. LUCKY ME. not!!! All good ... life goes on ... but Let me tell ya it was not fun.

How come we have not heard much about the gas leak in Alabama recently ... it did affect us while traveling home through Nashville ...scared the pooh out of me ... I was wondering if we would make it home. Apparently it will only affect southern Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama ... I might …
