The Loveless Cafe, Nashville, Tennessee

"Fried chicken and biscuits have been a part of Loveless Cafe’s history for more than sixty years. In 1951, Lon and Annie Loveless began serving them out the front door of their home to travelers who passed by on US Highway 100, the then primary route between Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee." (for more info about the cafe "see here".

"The Loveless Cafe", (615)-646-9700, 8400 Hwy 100 Nashville, Tennessee. We are 40 feet from the tip of our F150 Ford pick up truck to the end of our Casita travel trailer ... so getting in there took some work, you can be long but side to side you better not be too wide ...they got it packed in there folks. There is a big back parking lot but still, Watch yourself!! The wait to get into the restaurant was like almost a 2 hour wait, Beth doesn't wait for food. HELL NO! We got it to go and it was quicker than you would have wait if you waited in the restaurant, just saying!! We got not sure of the proper name, it was chicken, (yes, this is only 1 meal, but if you spit it between the 2 of you it is the perfect size and you save on $$.) green beans and hash brown casserole & the pretty cupcake. I believe it was carrot cake? It has been so long, I should have done this post sooner, going on pure memory, it just so so delicious!! Thank you for stopping by today. Hope you enjoy your special visit!! Be Well & Be Blessed!! Beth ( ;
