Riverbend Campground, Hiawassee, GA

"Riverbend Campground, Hiawassee, GA", this was our 1st visit. Such a well cared for, gorgeous locations for camping and have a ton of fun... this is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed in ...Beth how can you say this you might ask? ...the bathrooms were well cared for, gorgeous views, pretty easy access to water for water exercise, kayaking, areas for group togetherness and locations to walk and just time to relax. Even close to many locations of MUST SEE SIGHTS, waterfalls, hiking and suchness. We were there for "Eggs on the Hiawassee" one of our Casita rallies. SO FUN!!

Please enjoy the vlog from that day. You can hear lots of bugs and birds. We just hopped into the waters behind our campsite and just rowed away. We have 2 other couples who did borrow our kayaks to enjoy these waters as well. So fun. I love going out on waters to enjoy the day and take some pics. There are duck families every where, but they didn't like it when you got close ...so sadly no pics of them. Some how I missed the 2nd vlog but they were filmed the same day ... do check this one out too.

Thank you for stopping by. Hope you are well. Take care. Be Well & Be Blessed. Beth ( ;

Such a beautiful, peaceful place Beth! Hope it isn't getting pounded with wind and rain today and tomorrow!

someday I'm gonna have to get my pupster out to see places like this . . . I wonder what she'd think about Big Water . . . she's not a fan of sprinklers or wading pools . . BUT, something like this might be happy making . . .
