12 feet and 10 inches wide, 40 feet long. 

Like you know, the hubs and I love (love, love, love) covered bridges, so this one was so awesome to see. Love the style. I sure hope others will take the time to travel to see these beauties. Yes, it's certainly a beauty. I like how the new bridge was built snug up against it, kind of like a big sister protecting it. I guess you can still walk in the old bridge though. THanks for sharing here!

I am certain there are no covered bridges in my area. I do love how they look, very picturesque.

Nice! We only have a few in my area. Most have succumbed to floodwaters or fires. The one in Mount Jackson barely survived a fire and had to be restored.
