Point Betsie Lighthouse 3701 Point Betsie Rd, Frankfort, Michigan, 49635 I am such a fan of lighthouses, can you tell that? We had a ball check out a bunch out while in Michigan back in September, 2017. When I have the ability to share vlog/videos again I will get some wave beachie vlog/videos to share with you all. No luck on that one yet, nuts. Still trying. I love visiting beaches when they are super empty, my kind of beach moment. Quiet, serene, did I mention nobody was around. PERFECT!!! Petite Pointe Au Sable Lighthouse "Little Sable Point Light" 287 N Lighthouse Dr, Mears, MI 49436 Hey there friends, thanks for stopping by today. When we stopped by this lighthouse, we were the only one there, who doesn't love an empty beach to think a bit, enjoy the day or just take a stroll ...then suddenly this RV opened up as a gift shop and folks started showing up. Grand Haven State Park, Grand Haven, Michigan ...the major positive of this state park, just a hop skip and a jump and you are at the beach, we met a real nice lady while we were sitting on a bench enjoying this sunset. It is always fun to meet friendly folks while you camp out  ...imagine if you will a parking lot full of spaces, you can hear your neighbor breathe, not much space to veg out in, you are just that close, you back in and then you are there. HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Here's hoping this 2018, will be so amazing for each of you, have you made any plans? Santee State Park, Santee, South Carolina, this was our 3 or 4 trip to this state park, a gorgeous area of South Carolina ...we were meeting friends, we had been to a Casita rally in Matagorda, Texas ...heading home after this camping event, which we had great weather there, shorts and short sleeve weather. Amazing how it changed so quickly, in early December 2017. I will be sharing those pics soon enough ...just you wait!! When you plan trips you plan for great weather. Do folks normally think rain? We do, we want good weather please. It was so cold and pouring rain with lots of wind. But we made do ...we made foods together we had chili and salad, hot dogs one night, and stay a lot in their camper, so much bigger than ours. So fun, no matter the weather.
