Bartlett Bridge

Image
  Bartlett Bridge Covered Bridge Shoppe, 1790. Bartlett, New Hampshire http://www.coveredbridgeshoppe.com/ I don't recall the year but we have been to see this shoppe before ...we were not using a Casita travel trailer yet??! Wonder if we were camping even? Maybe staying bed and breakfast at the time?? So cute. But the time we were here in May 2021 they were "closed for the season". We see that a lot ...kind of sad to think of how many businesses missed out on our visits ... I mean I get why they are not open but still kind of frustrating for you when u visit and don't see what you do hope for??! Gorgeous views. Happy to have you today. Thank you for stopping by. Willow Brook Farm Mill

Willow Brook Farm Mill Driving in the countryside of Maine ...we saw this beauty. So fun. Something about simple colors. What a gorgeous day!! So pretty. Wonder if they will let me move in?? They can come to Virginia ...that seems fair? I am wondering what kind of snowfall they have each year?? Thank you for stopping by today. Hope you are well. Take Care. Beth ( ;

Old Grist Mill, Lebanon, Maine

Old Grist Mill, Little River Road East, Lebanon, Maine. 1774. Oldest surviving industrial building in that area. Into the 20th century it was still in working order. Now it is used for a residence and artist space. What fun. SO CUTE!! Thank you for stopping by today. Hope you are well. Take Care. Beth ( ;

The Basin

Image
Kancamagus Highway The first few views are from "The Basin" a parking area where you park the vehicle, jump out and walk down the path to the Basin ... a neat water feature ...we didn't got the whole distance ...too many folks for my liking. Taken May 2021. It was a gorgeous area.   The last shot is along the highway and as well, just a different location. The water along this highway have almost what I would call a "whiskey" colored feel to them. I wonder if that has to do with a mineral or something in the water to cause the coloring? No one to ask ...guess I could google it to figure it out??! Gorgeous puffy cloud kind of day. No to busy along the highway. Lots of hiking and biking going on. Lovely area of New Hampshire. Thank you for stopping by today. Hope you are well. Take Care. Beth ( ;

Lots of folks around. I had to look up why folks are so "glad" ... check out that website if you might be curious as well. The pedestrian covered bridge is a must see. Not easy to capture it's picture. Super long and lots of restaurants and business to check out. Well, hope you did enjoy your visit. Thank You for stopping by. Take Care. Beth ( ;
