Traveling E ...

Brent's Drug, in Jackson, Mississippi, they are on "FB" & "Twitter" . I am not great with names, but I will always remember your face ...the waitress we had was the bestest, she was so kind, made me laugh until I almost cried. You see we have been to the restaurant twice ...1st time we got the best LAMB burger, collard greens & a sauce named "ComeBack Sauce". I have an idea of what "ComeBack Sauce" is made from but ...I bet it is a big secret ...let me tell ya, I will be coming back when I am in Jackson again. This would have been our 3rd trip there but I believe it was last year or was it the year before, any who they had a roof leak and that made it so we couldn't go. I follow them on FB and thankfully saw that announcement there. So I had been waiting 3 yrs to have another LAMB burger, collard greens... NOW GUESS WHAT? they no longer sell the LAMB burger & they were out of the collard greens???! WHAT? not kidding.

This is a new Texas state park to us, we have never traveled with our kayaks before, since we now have a Ford F150, got that extra space, the truck bed 2 store those kayaks. I posted a list of states we have kayaked below my posts, just for fun to keep up with the states we have & have not kayaked ast of yet. For the longest time it was only VIRGINIA, now we are making progress.  "Daingerfield State Park", Texas . It was a gorgeous April day.  Please enjoy this video of my kayaking bit around the lake. "Dr. Pepper Museum", Waco, Texas . Many folks are shocked to hear we love all sorts of soda. They just assume since we are Coke fans that we would never drink Pepsi or other kinds of sodas. But we do. What's your favorite beverage? I so want a pair of those Squirt cowboy boots, aren't they just the coolest thing you have ever seen? Real stylish.
