If you are wanting some unique Christmas decor you will have a real ball. Can't wait to share the chapel with ya. You will love it so. I'll share that on Saturday. SO fancy!! I loved this visit, SO fun!!! Just a heads up ...they do not have any Tigger ornaments, such a letdown for me, I was so heartbroken ... I am pretty picking when picking out ornaments, I have a very slender tall tree about 7 to 8 feet tall ... so I have to be selective ...or my tree will tip over. LOL!! Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are well. Have a great day!! Be Well & Be Blessed!!! Beth ( ;

Silent Night Memorial Chapel, Michigan

While visiting the Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankmuth, Michigan, I'll share that post on Tuesday, Please do check it out, so fun!!! ...we walked a bit over from the store to visit this beautiful. A plaque outside the building it says this note here: "Wally & Irene Bronner and Family are grateful to the City Government and Visitor's Bureau of Oberndorf, Austria for granting permission to erect in Frankenmuth, Michigan a replica of the original Silent Night Memorial Chapel" What a beauty. Inside is encased by glass, so hopefully that shadow doesn't take away from the inside beauty, kind of difficult to get some shots through glass, but a photographer like me does what she has to do, LOL!! I was not the only person snapping shots. Such a cutie. Very cute!!! Next week I'll share some the stain glass windows. I am happy to be able to share a church again ...I have not had any in so long ... I have so much missed visiting all you church friends ..…

Matagorda Bay Nature Park, Texas

Hey there folks!!! Matagorda Bay Nature Park, Matagorda, Texas, I just love typing that word over and over, 'cause it took me forever to learn how to spell it. It is a long tough word. I am curious how they came up with that? I need to goggle it? & find out. We did some biking and hiking while there. By the end of the rally most folks were wearing pants and using bug spray. SO these are a few I wish to share with ya. The bugs were nuts, they loved our Virginia skin and blood. Yummy to them Texan bugs I guess. Hope you are well this week. Take care!! Texas Critters

Image
While at Matagorda Bay Nature Park, Matagorda, Texas, for a Fiberglass Rally, we took a bird walk ...check out those birds. So amazing, we did view them from what maybe 100 feet or more away. Didn't wanna scare them away. So awesome!!! Apparently with all the recently flooding in Texas, thankfully the park was not damaged (we were concerned we would not be able to have this rally due to that scary flood, but some how the area was totally okay, odd how weather and lands work out?) but as you can see the birds have located new waters that only have recently come to that area within the last few years, due to storms and floods ...so that is a positive of it all 'cause it allows for so many awesome birds to come in and feed. Allowing for folks who love those critters to look on & enjoy!!! I did zoom on in to get those shots. This little toad, frog ... or whatever his/her name might be ...was on our power outlet ...had 2 get his picture. Awesome Critter Moments!!! Thanks for s…

Holbrook Park, Louisiana

Image
Hey there, Hollbrook Park, in Louisiana, this campground was very quiet ...lots of folks camping there, the campground host (a husband and wife, who have been living there for I believe 5 years, He was just so knowledgeable of the area, must see sights and food locations.) was super nice even gave us several types of "boudin", saying we needed to try out a local delicacy. It was spicy, I really enjoyed the ball type which had a coating of something that reminded me of like corn flakes verses the type that was a crunchy type sausage, I am not a fan of that crunch or pop. That's just my opinion. The hubby thought it was okay. Thank you for stopping by. Hope you are well today. Be Well & Be Blessed!!! Take Care!!! Beth ( ;
