Mississippi River State Park, Arkansas

Ok, I have to ask ...I know this state park is on the Mississippi River, but it's not in Mississippi, it's in Arkansas? Am I the only one that was like, what??! Very odd state park ...let me explain please. You are driving through not the best of area, & it becomes more rural. Including more trees and grass, suddenly the state park with this huge set of buildings. Which include the Visitor Center, restrooms, conference rooms, etc. etc. Not sure why it is all there, but the landscaping is very nice?

Enjoy the vlog from that morning's sunrise. Thanks for stopping by. Take Care. Beth ( :

Is it at least on a tributary of the Mississippi river? Pretty pictures. It looks like a nice park no matter what they call it.
