Tybee Lighthouse, Georgia

"1736. tower stands 145 feet tall. 1812 Summer Kitchen.
Georgia's oldest and tallest lighthouse."

Such a pretty bike ride around the island near the campground we were staying in ..."Rivers End Campground & RV Park". I truly wonder how folks live on an island? So close to water??! It can rise so quickly, I would be a nervous wreck ...but it sure is gorgeous is pretty weather.

The 3rd picture, taken during a campfire in the evening light, you see there, my hubby and I thought it was interesting these plants growing on the trees, when it started raining they would get so green, by the time we were leaving, they were back to brown once again. Great relationship there, pretty cool, right??! Thank you for stopping by today. Hope you are well. Take Care. Beth ( ;

Lighthouses fascinate me. Of course I can only enjoy them in pictures, but that's better than nothing.
